General Information

Bag Checks
In line with increased security measures being implemented across the UK, London Zoo will be carrying out bag checks at the entrance. We would recommend, wherever possible, you leave large bags at home. As well as bag checks, please note you may be subject to person screening upon entry or re-entry. Please note the following items cannot be brought into London Zoo - alcoholic beverages, balls, balloons, sharp objects and pets.

Cloakroom
There are limited cloakroom facilities located at the entrance to the Prince Albert Suite. Please do not bring large bags (they can be brought into the public areas of the zoo but we do not have space to store these at the private event space cloakroom).

Photography
There will be a photographer present throughout the day taking photos for internal use only.  Please email bnp.paribas.uk.employee.event@uk.bnpparibas.com if you have any questions.

Refunds
Please note it is not possible to issue refunds for tickets as the money goes directly to Zoological Society London.

Smoking
Smoking or e-cigarette use is not permitted in the zoo for the safety and wellbeing of guests and animals.  The smoking area is outside the main zoo entrance at the Half-Moon Carpark and guests will need to get a stamp to ensure re-admission. Please re-enter through the Main Entrance, not the Private Event entrance.

Travel
Nearest Tube Stations: Camden Town 0.8 miles, Baker Street 1.1. miles. Parking for London Zoo is situated on the Outer Circle of Regent’s Park at postcode NW1 4SX, which is inside the ultra-low emissions zone (ULEZ), but falls outside of the congestion charge zone.  The car park is operated on a first-come, first served basis and does not offer advance bookings or reservations.

Nearby pay and display parking in Regent’s Park and on the Outer Circle is limited to a 4 hour maximum stay.

Please note Pride in London will also be taking place on Saturday 5 July. Please consider your travel route and allow extra time.

Water
There are free water stations positioned around the zoo and we encourage guests to bring refillable water bottles to help the zoo limit waste of single use bottles.
